SAINS Presents Best Graduate Award to Top Curtin Graduate

Sarawak Information Systems Sdn Bhd (SAINS) once again presented its Best Graduate Award to the most outstanding graduating student of Curtin University, Sarawak in the field of ICT at Curtin’s recent Award & Scholarship dinner which was held on the 23 April 2016.

This year’s award was presented to Jason Tan Rong Kun, who graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Systems and Networking. Tan received the award, which consists of a monetary prize of RM2000 as well as a certificate of achievement, for his various academic achievements including a CGPA  of 4.0 as well as maintaining his position on both the Vice-Chancellor's List and the Dean’s List throughout his time at Curtin.

SAINS, in collaboration with local universities, is committed to recognizing top ICT graduates and support the emergence of bright graduates in the field of ICT. The aim of these awards is to promote the growth of ICT talent amongst the young people of today. SAINS also sponsors a similar award for Swinburne University, Sarawak and Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS).
